Being moved....
Let's talk about being moved... The english language has so many nuances and when we think about being moved, it can mean moving your body, (as in physically moving) which is recommended for good health, or being moved emotionally and spiritually. There are so many different ways to move your body and I highly recommend exploring many of these ways. I love dancing and exercise and walking, paddle boarding, cycling, drumming, etc. In this blog over the next few months we will be featuring many different practices that physically move the body and ways to cause vibration/movement in the body. We will also be exploring and featuring ways to move you emotionally and spiritually. Personally, I love being moved by art, poetry, music, sunsets, nature and life in general. I find ways to be moved everyday and I am open to being moved in all the ways that life chooses.
